Kenneth Elvin Higbee

Higbee, Kenneth Elvin Ypsilanti Twp., MI

Age 53, rode his hog into heaven March 22, 2008. Son of Elson Higbee and Rose Mary Lemming. He was a loving father, brother, son, and friend who often cared about the well being of others above himself. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother: Rose Mary Lemming (Dale), a sister Debbie Robbins (Tom), two brothers Robert Higbee (Gloria), and Jay Sprout (Nikki), and numerous nieces and nephews. Also his children, Micah Bush (Kristie), Gwyndolynn Higbee, Nikole Bush, Erik Bush (Melissa), and Marissa D'Angelo. He was also the proud grandfather of six grandchildren who include Jenna, Kila, Blake, Kayden, Alek, and Layla whom he adored. Memorial service will be held at Community Freewill Baptist Church at 1 p.m. March 29. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate any cash donation to go towards service. "Those you love don't go away; They walk beside us every day."
