| | 2003 - I attended school in Michigan (EMU), Florida, Columbia, |
| | and Costa Rica. Graduated from UF, Microbology 1981. MD |
| | from East Tennessee State University, Quillen-Dishner College of |
| | Medicine. I did rotations at St. Lou U, Georgetown, UT San |
| | Antonio, UF, and others. Interned in Hartford CT at Mount Sinai |
| | in Internal Medicine, Residency at the U of KY in Lexington. |
| | Curently staff anesthesiologist at St Mary's Medical Center in |
| | Evansville IN. My fourth stop in private practice. Spent about 16 |
| | years in the Navy (enlisted), Army (medical service corps in med |
| | school and medical corps), and the Kentucky Army National |
| | Guard got out just before desert shield. I was in the military from |
| | the end of Viet Nam to the start of desert shield. I would of never |
| | been able to go to school all those years without the military's |
| | financial assistance. |

| | I have 4 kids ages 8 to 17. My oldest, Alison, is matriculating at |
| | MSU this fall. I can't wait for out of state tuition bills. I plan on |
| | attending in August. |

| | Ford and hope to retire in 2-4 years. |
